Create Spectra Cluster Field

This tool creates a new "cluster" database field based on spectral shape. This is an "indexed" field – i.e. a value exists for each point along the lines. The tool takes the NASVD'd spectra as input.

• Nasvd Amplitudes: the input NASVD Amplitudes field;
• Nasvd Vectors: the input NASVD vector file;
• Cluster Field: the new cluster field – to be created if it doesn't already exist;
• Num Nasvd Pc's: the number of NASVD eigenvectors to use to reconstruct smooth spectra; 
• Num Clusters: the number of clusters to create;
• Max Per Cluster: the maximum number of spectra allowed in a cluster. Clusters larger than this are split into 2 or more clusters;
• Min Per Cluster: the minimum number of spectra allowed in a cluster. Clusters smaller than this are merged with another cluster;
• Th/K Weight: the weight to apply for the Th/K shape factor – i.e. to discriminate between Th and K spectral shapes;
• U/K Weight: the weight to apply for the U/K shape factor;
• U/Th Weight: the weight to apply for the U/Th shape factor; 
• Radon Weight: the weight to apply for the Radon shape factor.
