Hardware and Software Requirements

MicroLevel is a .Net application that runs under Microsoft Windows. You should first download and install .Net 10 SDK if it is not already installed on your computer. MicroLevel was developed on Windows 11, and tested on Windows 11. A monitor display resolution of at least 1980x1020 is recommended. If you are working on a small screen, you may have to reduce the scaling on your screen (MS Settings|Display). You will also have a better user experience if you have a good quality GPU installed, as MicroLevel uses DirectX for rendering.

Download the MicroLevel installation file from www.microlevel.com.au.
Execute the installation file and follow the instructions to install. It is recommended that you install the program in "C:\MicroLevel", and not in the "Program Files" folder, as spaces in file paths can cause MicroLevel difficulties. Use the underscore ("_") rather than spaces in file paths.
Give yourself write access to the “logs”, and "demo_data" sub-directories of the install directory.

MicroLevel is free – it comes with a Free License automatically installed. No registration is required – simply install and run the program.
